Tidy hotel in a very nice clean building just next door to many restaurants, the botanical garden and the airport. Updated, budget room with Spa Bath and jacuzzi, and brilliant location. Very nice property employees all round. A such great stay for two nights.

Staff was helpful, rooms were clean
When we arrived, they did not have record of our reservation. They were able to give us our 2 rooms that we requested. The rooms were warm and the air didn't work at all in one of them.

Courtesy and friendliness of the staff at the reception. Very large comfortable bed. Ideally located near San Paolo stadium for football matches. 67 eur night breakfast included.
Inadequate soundproofing next to the railway. Breakfast buffet open till 9:15 only. Not much choice at breakfast.

The man at the reception did not speak English. So when I made a call, we could not have a conversation. We had to walk a little bit from the closest metro station but the hotel was good!
